2. Order Acceptance
   All orders are subject to acceptance by Micro Industries.
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including those with incorrect pricing or product availability issues.
   Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
3. Pricing and Payments
   All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
   Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs or other external factors.
   Payment terms will be agreed upon during order confirmation. We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods.
   Orders will only be processed after the receipt of advance payment, as applicable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
   Free delivery is offered across India. Delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.
   For international orders, shipping charges and duties apply.
   Micro Industries is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
5. Returns and Replacements
   Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.
   Return shipping is chargeable and must be initiated within 7 days of product receipt.
   Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
   Customized machines are non-returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
6. Warranty
   All machines are covered under a limited warranty period against manufacturing defects.
   The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
   Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, along with supporting evidence such as images or videos.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website, including text, logos, images, designs, and technical data, is the property of Micro Industries and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
   No part of our content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Micro Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
   Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the value of the product purchased.
9. Force Majeure
   Micro Industries shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect unless stated otherwise.
